Processing

We process orders once we receive payment for your order. We will ship processed orders out the same day (payments received by 1:00pm PST) or the next following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Western Canada: 2 business days
  • Central Canada: 2-3 business days
  • Eastern Canada: 2-4 business days

Shipping Fees:

Our shipping fees vary depending on your order amount and we only ship within CANADA.

  1.  Free shipping for orders over $199
  2. Orders under $199 will pay a flat $15 fee
  3. We do not offer International Shipping.

When will you ship my order?

After receiving payment your package will be shipped within 1 business day (weekend orders will be shipped out on monday)

How will you package my order?

We vacuum-seal all packages eliminating any odor. In addition, we use discrete packaging for every order for maximum privacy.

Can I track my order?

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Where can i find my tracking number?

You’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number once Canada Post receives your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in their system.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

A: Yes you can, contact our support team and to update your new address.

What happens if you don’t get your order?

We provide package insurance as an option for every order. We will replace your order for you. Although such incidents are rare, we want our clients to feel assured when buying from Weed Deals. When tracking information shows that it has delivered your order, we cannot replace it.

Can I return or exchange my products?

All products purchased are subject to final sale. Only mechanical products such as vape batteries, cartridges, accessories will be subject to a full refund or free replacement.
