Q. How do I place an order with Weed-Deals? *Sorry minimum order $100.00*

A. Don’t worry! Ordering from us is easy. Follow these easy steps.

  1. Register or sign in to your account.
  2. Tour the shop to choose your desired products, next add them to the cart.
  3. Continue to cart,  review your items, double-check that they are correct, apply coupon codes. (apply FAQ10 towards your next order for 10% off)
  4. Proceed to checkout, fill in the shipping address information for the order to be delivered (if a signature is required or specific delivery instructions) with the shipment, please leave a comment in the order notes.
  5. Review the information. Click the “Place Order” button.
  6. Provided after checkout is an invoice with your order number.
  7. With the order number provided, send an Interac e-Transfer to the provided e-mail address, the address changes periodically.
  8. *Use your our provided security quesiton as your security question and our provided security answer for your security answer*
  9. Please allow up to 24 hours for your E-transfer to be accepted (48 hours on weekends)
  10. After accepting payment, a confirmation email will notify you. The order is then placed into processing while the items prepare for delivery.
  11. Allow one business day to complete processing. Afterwards, you will receive an email with a tracking number to confirm your order is now out for delivery *Trace the parcel with the tracking number provided*

All orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. Orders below $149 are charged a $15 flat rate to anywhere in Canada.

Shipping, Handling & Tracking

We do not offer refunds on parcels that are delivered. We only refund products that are lost in transit.

We vacuum-seal all package eliminating any odor. In addition, we discreetly package every order for maximum privacy.

After receiving payment for your order, we will ship your package within 24 hours! You will receive you tracking a day after it ships.

Each order is sent with express shipping, ensuring you get your package within 48 hours.

We only ship within Canada.

You’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number once Canada Post receives your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in their system.

Your package is still on its way! Occasionally your package may not get scanned until it reaches your destination.

It’s simple, navigate to your account dashboard and click addresses. You can edit your details here.

Please leave a note that says “Do not safe drop”  at checkout under “Order Notes” at the bottom of the page.

To open a ticket for any order issues please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the order placed date. If you do not open a ticket within 30 days your case will be marked as closed.
