Q. How do I place an order with Weed-Deals? *Sorry minimum order $100.00*

A. Don’t worry! Ordering from us is easy. We are here to help you follow these easy steps.

  1. Register or sign in to your account.
  2. Tour the shop to choose your desired products, next add them to the cart.
  3. Continue to cart,  review your items, double-check that they are correct. Lastly, apply coupon codes. (apply FAQ10 towards your next order for 10% off)
  4. Proceed to checkout, fill in the shipping address information for where you would like your order to be delivered (if you would a signature required or particular delivery instructions) with your shipment, please leave a comment in your order notes.
  5. Review the information. Click the “Place Order” button.
  6. Provided after checkout is an invoice with your order number.
  7. With the order number provided, send an Interac e-transfer to
  8. *Use your ORDER # as your security question and GOGREEN for your security answer*
  9. Please allow up to 24 hours for your E-transfer to be accepted (48 hours on weekends)
  10. After accepting payment, a confirmation email will notify you. The order is then placed into processing while the items prepare for delivery.
  11. Allow one business day to complete processing. Afterwards, you will receive an email with a tracking number to confirm your order is now out for delivery 🙂 *Trace the parcel with the tracking number provided*

Yes, all orders are shipped in an air-tight vacuum-sealed bag to eliminate any odor, which will give your package maximum privacy and protection.

We also ship your order in discrete Canada Post mailers with no Weed-Deals labels that are safeguarded with bubble wrap.

After we receive your order, if you wish to edit your order or address, it is required that you create a new order.

Note: After your package has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order or shipping address.

We always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  1. Sign in to your online banking and choose “Interac E-transfer.”
  2.  Add us as a recipient – make sure you name us as emtsecure. To avoid any delays, do not include any weed-related terms or “WD” within the recipient name or payment notes. Not following these instructions will result in your payment not being accepted and we will contact you to change the information details.
  3. Add the total amount for your order.
  4. Insert the order number (provided to you after checkout) you are paying for as the security question and gogreen as the security answer.
  5. Please review all the information before sending your payment to make sure it is correct and click send.

Shipping Handling & Tracking

After your package has been received by Canada Post, the delivery time takes 2-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Payments for orders received by 12 PM PST are shipped on the same day. Payments received after 12 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

Currently, our service and products are only available for residents in Canada.

The tracking number is sent by email once your order has reached Canada Post. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update within Canada Post’s system.

Although it appears that your package has not moved for a few days, your parcel is en route to you; however, Canada Post hasn’t scanned it yet. Sometimes Canada Post misses a scan, and your package may not get scanned until it reaches its final destination.

You can change your shipping address in the My Account Address page. From there you can add a new address or edit the existing one.

Please double-check that your preferred address is updated prior to placing your order.

Due to Covid-19, Canada Post has suspended the adult signature required (ASR) for all deliveries. Please refer to the public update on their website.

Please leave a note that says “DO NOT SAFE DROP”  at checkout under “Order Notes” at the bottom of the page.

We are not liable for packages that are lost due to:

  • Customers entering an incorrect shipping address
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Rejection during delivery
