Q. How do I place an order with Weed-Deals? Minimum order: $100.00

A. Placing an order is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Register or sign in to your account.
  2. Browse the shop and add your desired products to the cart.
  3. Go to your cart, review your items, and apply any coupon codes (use FAQ10 for 10% off your next order).
  4. Proceed to checkout and fill in the shipping address (include if a signature is required or any special delivery instructions in the order notes).
  5. Review the information and click “Place Order.”
  6. After checkout, you’ll receive an invoice with your order number and our Interac e-Transfer email details.
  7. Next, send the full payment to our provided email address, including your order number in the notes.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for your e-Transfer to be accepted.
  • Once payment is accepted, you’ll get a confirmation email, and your order will be processed.
  • Allow one business day for processing, after which you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Track your parcel using the provided tracking number.

We accept payments with Interac e-Transfer,  Bitcoin and Ethereum if you have any questions regarding payments please e-mail us at [email protected].

All orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. Orders below $199 are charged a $20 flat rate. We ship to anywhere in Canada.

No, all of our prices for products are final.

Shipping, Handling & Tracking

We do not offer refunds on parcels that are delivered. We only refund products that are lost in transit.

We vacuum-seal all package eliminating any odor. In addition, we discreetly package every order for maximum privacy.

After receiving payment for your order, we will ship your package within 24 hours! You will receive you tracking a day after it ships.

Each order is sent with express shipping, ensuring you get your package within 48 hours.

We only ship within Canada.

You’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number once Canada Post receives your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in their system.

Your package is still on its way! Occasionally your package may not get scanned until it reaches your destination.

It’s simple, navigate to your account dashboard and click addresses. You can edit your details here.

Please leave a note that says “Do not safe drop”  at checkout under “Order Notes” at the bottom of the page.

To open a ticket for any order issues please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the order placed date. If you do not open a ticket within 30 days your case will be marked as closed.
Package insurance ensures that if your package is lost your package will be replaced. If you do not have insurance and your package is lost or misplaced, we cannot replace your package.
