First hoot – not great, not the worst. For a moment there it had that didn’t-wanna-hold-it-in feeling from the lungs but then again it was the first toke. I nearly hucked it out in a cough, albeit it was my first hit of the morning, I ended up spilling a little bong water on my shorts from back pressure haha. Minimal cough, no throat burn.
Second hit – a lot better, still had a smidge of not wanting to be held in the lungs. It smokes surprisingly good in smaller bowls.
Third hit – huge bowl. I didn’t even cough. Not even a throat clearing so it’s obvious to me that it’s smoking better than it’s looking after you cough from it once and comparatively, even to the best I’ve ever had, even those make me clear my throat. So I have to keeping hitting bowls to be sure, I don’t like the taste that much, a bit resinous and almost grassy. It does smoke a little quickly (leaf?), it’s like it ashes down 20% faster than better quality.
Stupidly indica potency without a cerebral, it’s interesting to me how it has achieved this.
This was a half oz and it has a big pungency but its profile is of – not sweet-grass but it’s very sweet, grassy and floral, all in 1/3rds, of which I don’t like the grass but the sweet & floral is nice.
If I had to describe this grow it would be like giving 1 seed to a friend who has no clue what they’re doing but in 2 months they come back with a huge stash from the single seed and the other person is astounded, asking “did you grow this…”, “what the…”, finally “HOW the fuck did you grow this?!”, and the other person says “I received help from the local gnomes after pleading for their knowledge of plants”, straight-faced…. and now they just don’t know what to believe. Do gnomes exist? Who is this person?
Maybe Master Kush genetics are just that good… and at this price it’s oddly the strain you’d want someone to fuck up to get at this price. The effects are clean and the smoke is clean enough. AAA-anything else, I think, would not have nearly the same potency.
Definitely a medicinal feel and something to concentrate but if wanting a higher quality in-the-hands feel try AAA+++ and up.
Personally I’d probably re-order this 1-2X before I got sick of its very-indicaness, it’s just very heavy in the head, eyes, body, without feeling like it’s too much. I hate being sleepy in the morning. This stuff is too-indican and I’ll pretty much never say that about any other strain, ever. Best bang for buck if not on the whole internet.

Yay so happy to see this back on sale!!! I’ve tried this a few times before and am pretty happy with the results so I’m super happy to get it for a good price like this. Master Kush is not my favourite Kush however it does hit the spot quite well. I find it is better for nighttime but I can still smoke this during the day or night.
It smokes well and the taste is not good or bad … I don’t have anything to say about the taste but I am a fan of this strain and even more of a fan if and when it’s on sale !

Oof. That looks even worse than mine, drier and airier. I had worse once (for cheaper, though), the high was just unexpectedly weak. A lot of budget buys will indeed be either well-grown but not potent or potent but not well grown :(. After around 20 buy’s I have found the best quality vs. value at $140-$180 while with under that price it really depends on genetics and luck. Nuken at the same price is much better grown but not as indica-like, if you want a budget strain that doesn’t disappoint in any way from grow to effect/smell etc, buds are dense and big, I’m not even sure why it’s $135, it might be drier than intended but I had no problem going back to it for months as a euphoric/psychedelic 80/20 indica. It was kind of a savior for us when running out.
