Bubba Kush

-TL;DR-

High tolerance user, I f’in loved this. I’ll probably get it again, I would like to heat press it as indica’s are resinous. I didn’t think I’d be cool with a 100%-indica but it still hits you like an 80/20 or 70/30 where there’s a tiny bit of cerebral felt as mood boost instead of the sativa effect of “seeing stars” like you’re dizzy, all up in your head. You can get it for $135 shipped if you use a free shipping coupon, they come out I think once a month from random sites. $135/oz I would pay all day but $150/oz just sounds “way more” expensive, yeah? Use the coupon lol. In a dispensary you’d be paying the full $180 for an oz ;).

Amazing, sticky, potent, smell pulls you right in, classic indica, not a gimmick name.

Believe in the OG-whatever Kush-whatever hype. Over 420 I smoked a Q of Bubba Kush so this is from memory and not a formal real-time review, forgive me but I tried to make mental notes here and there, 420 messed up my right lung; it hurts.
Best thing: the smell. Second best thing: the high. I made sure to not mix it too much with other strains. I would often wait 3 hours between bowls, switching up between Purple Hindu Kush, Shishkaberry, Lemon Skywalker OG and Grape God. For $135/oz I would buy this over and over if not Hindu Kush for the same price.

The names “kush” and “bubba” I thought were just over-used words in the weed world but this is actually the spawn of big-timer OG Kush (the father of kush’s that becomes crossed with many) and Northern Lights. OG Kush produces some seriously smelly, potent indica types. Northern Lights depending on its phenotype (NL #5) will either be a full indica or heavily leaning sativa. They basically took two crowned jewels and smashed them together to create Bubba Kush. After you smoke this you’ll see what the hype is about, it stands in a class of its own, uniquely pushed away from other strains. I’ll probably gravitate towards anything with bubba, og or kush in its name from now on – still trying to find my favourite dominant ratio, I seem to like indica’s more but only if they offer a mood boost and without touching your head & thoughts which this does exactly that.

It feels awesome physically – everything better than expected from smell to high but especially the quality of the grow. Dense buds, perfect weed, no seeds or leaf.

Trichomes are small to medium size and are everywhere, colors are nice but the feel of it both in bud form and ground up is amazing, slight hues of purple.

It’s smoooooooooth which was surprizing just from looking at it. Ashes down really nicely.

God I hope I remember this right because Leafly says it’s not citrusy but … Earthy-lemon, very citrusy, woody-coffee, the smell pulls you right in wanting more, smelly but not overly wafty, this was a nice treat. The kind of smell that you wish all weed smelled like.

CLASSIC INDICA! Powerful, induced happiness, sleepiness, stress melting but with a clear headedness. I pulled this from Leafly: “from head to toe, muscles ease with heaviness as dreamy euphoria blankets the mind, crushing stress while coercing happy moods”, and I can’t really explain it more than that. You hit a bowl and you just relax out in a comforting blanket. Full body with no head except it is uplifting and the overall body-high would inevitably give you a cerebral; just no introspection; no paranoia. I liked it a little less than the Hindu Kush but they were both nearly equal, the high profile on the Hindu a touch more euphoric (as leafly states; it’s so accurate).
