Orders paid before 12:00 PM (PST) will ship on the same business day. Also, every order paid for after 10:00 PM (PST) ships on the following business day.

All packages are shipped with Canada Post and take 2-4 business days to arrive. We recommend pre-planning if you want to receive your package at a specific time. In addition, Canada Post does not receive parcels on weekends. Therefore, orders placed on the weekend ship on Monday.
Orders are packaged with complete discretion. All products are vacuum-sealed air-tight. This way, the privacy of your order remains confidential.
We only ship within Canada.
After your order is completed and delivered to Canada Post, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
After receiving your tracking number, the parcel is out for delivery and in the process of being updated.
Until our shipping carrier processes it in their system, the status won't update.
However, your package has been shipped and is on its way to your address.
Although it claims that your tracking number has only been electronically submitted, rest assured your package is on its way.
Contact our support team, and we will either be able to reship the outstanding products or issue a full refund for the missing products.
